What are the dates of the conference?
Wednesday, January 22 and Thursday, January 23, 2025.
How long does the conference run?
Wednesday, January 22. 2025: Approximately 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. (registration opens at 7:30 a.m)
Thursday, January 23, 2025: Approximately 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
What sort of attire should attendees wear?
Attire is business casual.
Are meals provided?
Breakfast, lunch and an evening reception are provided on Wednesday. Breakfast and a morning snack are provided on Thursday.
Will there be translation available?
Yes, Spanish and Creole translation will be available. Please select that option on your registration if you need translation.
Will airport shuttle service be provided?
If flying, you are responsible for your own transportation between the airport and hotel. If you choose to rent a car, hotel parking is complimentary.
Which airport can I fly into?
The Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is the closest airport. The Miami International Airport (MIA) and West Palm Beach (PBI) is also a relatively close airport.
When do attendees need to RSVP?
Register online as soon as possible. Registration deadline is Friday, December 13, 2024. You will receive an email from FMSC confirming your RSVP and attendance to the conference.
What if I don’t feel comfortable attending in person or can’t make it out to Florida for the conference?
There will be a live virtual option! All general sessions as well as breakout speakers will be available to live stream but will not allow for live participation.
