Pack at the Park’s 10th year: a community hit for hunger relief

June 10–11, 2026, marked Feed My Starving Children’s 10th annual Pack at the Park MobilePackTM event! Thousands of Twin Cities volunteers came together at Target Field — home of the Minnesota Twins — to pack FMSC food for kids.

Along with many committed businesses, churches and families, the Mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Frey, joined in support of FMSC’s mission.

The results of Pack at the Park were a home run.

In just two days, volunteers packed 933,120 meals — enough to feed 2,556 children a daily meal for an entire year.

These results were made possible by consistent donors and 2,572 volunteers who filled the stadium with their energy and enthusiasm. Volunteers like you make this impact possible — thank you.

Over the last 10 years, we’ve packed 7.25 million meals together at Target Field. That’s more than 7 million meals provided to children experiencing hunger — packed by Minnesota volunteers.

You can be part of what makes this impact possible.

Summer volunteers make a difference

Beyond the meals packed, Pack at the Park matters for another reason: summer.

Summer is the slowest season for volunteering at all FMSC sites. So, when you pack meals in the summer, you help feed families that depend on FMSC meals all year round.
